Your request to attend is subject to validation by our visitor team. You will be informed of the actual duration of your participation in the event when you confirm your attendance.
An all inclusive participation:
The business meeting concept on which Les Assises are based is a format that combines One to One meetings, speaking engagements and numerous formal and informal meetings. Each participant benefits from a personal online space that allows him/her to organize his/her own agenda 100% business, inspiration and networking.
Your participation in Les Assises include:
- Your full access to the event, expert workshops, conferences, roundtables and One to One appointments.
- Your accommodation in luxury hotels for the nights of October 8th, 9th and/or 10th 2025
- Your transportation to and from the event for €235*
- All your breakfasts, lunches (at the Grimaldi Forum) and cocktail parties
- Your access to networking events and parties.
For compliance reasons, if you are unable to accept this type of invitation, we may also invoice you for these services. Your request to participate does not imply any commitment on your part. It is subject to validation by our visitor team.
*Refund conditions:
- Participate in the event on October 8th, 9th and/or 10th 2025
- Have honoured the number of meetings requested with the partners (see our participation charter)
- Attend the content programme: conferences, workshops, round tables, live demos and keynotes.
You must submit your request for reimbursement between the end of the event and November 17th, 2025, from your personal space.
*Refund is available to end users only. Spouses, experts, consultants, and partners are not eligible for reimbursement. No reimbursement is made for parking tickets, mileage allowances or expenses for: cab, bus, helicopter, Orlyval and RATP.
