HACKTIVISTE

A contraction of "hacker" and "activist", the hacktivist is a digital activist. Their methods of action are purely cyber, through operations designed to destabilise their targets (very often highly visible denial of service attacks, but also the theft of compromising information to make it accessible to as many people as possible).

The big flaw in hacktivism is the absence of the merguez stand during virtual actions.
